Weird Rashes

I think I am allergic to something.

I have little rashes/spots popping up at random places! Forehead, eyebrows, cheeks, neck, shoulder, lower back. They are leaving scars, especially the lower back area! (Maybe I should be glad that my face has super healing powers!)

I need to find out what I'm allergic to. :( Maybe sugar, oil, salt, vinegar? Bell pepper? Nuts? How? I need help!
