How do you tell if you have been breathing through your nose or mouth when you are sleeping?My guess? When you wake up with nose shit, then you probably breathed through your nose the previous night. This will also mean that your mouth was closed. Check your pillow for saliva 'markings'. You probably wouldn't see any.
If you wake up with no nose shit, look at your pillow! You must have drooled while breathing through your mouth the night before.
Hm... what if you find both nose shit and saliva 'markings'?
