Jiawen and I were on the topic of burning paper materials for the dead. He said that the paper stuff will become real stuff for the dead.QueenPig: Why we burn real joss sticks? Eat joss sticks?
Jiawen: Joss sticks burn le will become french fries mah!
QueenPig: Really meh? Then why people still burn Mac meals?
Jiawen: Got meh? Joss sticks got different one leh. The Japanese one burn le will become Pocky, also can eat.

wah super creative sia.. i think joss sticks are burnt for their smell only. their smell has a significance in the real world, not in the netherworld..
